About Our Microgreens
Our microgreens are grown locally using soil-based, naturally grown methods and harvested at peak freshness to deliver vibrant flavor and exceptional nutrient density.
Microgreens are young vegetable greens harvested just days after germination, when plants concentrate energy, flavor, and protective phytonutrients. Because they are harvested young and delivered fresh, they offer higher nutrient density and better shelf life than many conventionally shipped greens.
At Permaculture Gardens, we grow microgreens in small batches with careful attention to consistency, cleanliness, and timing. Whether you are a chef elevating plates or a household seeking clean, nourishing food, our microgreens are grown to support vibrant, everyday eating.
All orders are grown to order and harvested fresh for local delivery.
